Patrick and Kimberley McCarthy are owners of the company and Wagyu Canada Inc. The company is involved in the raising of Wagyu Cross Cattle and beef products. In Canada we sell carcass beef and block ready bone in or boneless boxed beef. We ship containers via air, or on larger orders via surface, to the purchaser’s destination. We sell full boneless beef paks and beef carcasses.
