Cedar Valley began as a high school project with a mission to share their family’s infused recipes, inspired by our heritage in the Beqaa Valley of Lebanon. After receiving a $3,000 high school grant, Ameen partnered with his mother, Surria, to bring her authentic homemade Pita Chips to families across the world.

They are bringing an authentic and delicious snack to the market made with simple, non-gmo ingredients, healthy fats, and no additives. Cedar Valley pride’s itself on a short nutritional deck and premium quality ingredients.

From starting in their home kitchen to opening their own 12,000 square-foot production facility in Windsor, Ontario, Canada, Cedar Valley’s line of authentic style Pita Chips can now be found in 2,000 grocery stores across North America.
